Luxury Event Planning & Catering ("we", "us") operates https://www.luxy-events.com. This policy explains what we collect when you use the site and how we use it.

Information we collect

When you submit our quote form we collect the details you provide — typically your name, email address, phone number, event date, location, guest count and any notes — so we can respond to your request. The form is provided by our CRM vendor (GoHighLevel), which processes it on our behalf.

We also collect standard analytics data (pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, referring site) through Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, and may use advertising pixels (Google Ads, Meta) to measure campaigns. These tools use cookies.

How we use it

To reply to your inquiry, prepare a proposal, plan and deliver your event, and — if you become a client — to communicate about your booking. Analytics and advertising data are used in aggregate to understand how the site performs. We do not sell personal information.

Sharing

Information is shared only with service providers who help us operate (our CRM, hosting, analytics and advertising platforms) and with vendors needed to deliver your event, and as required by law.

Cookies and choices

You can block cookies in your browser and opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on. Doing so may affect some site features.

Retention and security

We keep inquiry and client records for as long as needed to serve you and meet legal and accounting obligations, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect them.
