Beachfront bar setup with wine and spirits overlooking the ocean in South Florida

Diamond Line

Yacht catering where luxury meets culinary craftsmanship

Diamond Line is our yacht and airline catering division. Bespoke menus are thoughtfully curated to deliver refined, high-quality cuisine tailored to the unique demands of on-board dining — from elegant small bites to full gourmet experiences, each prepared with premium ingredients and meticulous attention to detail for a seamless, sophisticated dining experience across the sea.

Sunset cruises with passed canapés, a seated dinner at anchor, a weekend charter provisioned for every meal — the menu is designed around the itinerary, the galley and the guests.

Built for the galley

Packaged for the boat, not the ballroom

Boats have limited space, no open flame and tight timing. Menus are planned course by course for what the vessel can actually serve: chilled and sealed for galley storage, platter-ready for a sun-deck lunch, or plated for a seated dinner, with serviceware, ice and heating instructions to match.

For yachts with a galley, our private chef provisions and cooks aboard for a day charter or a multi-day trip, and a bartender can run the bar.

Where we deliver

Marinas from Miami Beach to Palm Beach

We deliver to charter docks and marinas from Miami Beach and Coconut Grove up through Fort Lauderdale's marina district off 17th Street and Las Olas, Hollywood, Pompano Beach, Boca Raton and Palm Beach. Give us the slip number and the boarding time and the food is there before the guests.

What clients say

I hired Luxury Event Planning for my 30th Anniversary party at home. We had 25 people for a buffet dinner. I hired one server/bartender, Bradley, who was as sweet and hard-working as could be. Raj was there for the set-up and stayed through cocktail hour and serving dinner. Bradley stayed to the end and cleaned up everything, including packing up the leftovers in containers that I provided. My original plan for th…

Raj catered our New Year’s Eve event at our luxury condominium, where we hosted over 130 residents, and I truly cannot say enough great things about the experience. From start to finish, working with Raj was an absolute breeze. His professionalism, incredible eye for décor, and—most importantly—his genuine passion and care for his craft were evident in every detail. The event display was stunning, elevated, and be…

He had suggestions & was so communicative…no one does customer service like this anymore! It was only a few weeks out from Christmas Eve & the thought of doing everything myself was weighing me down but I really wanted to host a f…
