Our chef designs each wedding menu from scratch: passed hors d'oeuvres for cocktail hour, a plated dinner with printed menus, a generous buffet or family-style platters down a farm table. Caribbean, Latin, Italian, Mediterranean or classic American — or the family recipes that matter to you.
We have catered beachfront ceremonies, poolside receptions, lakeside garden weddings and hotel ballrooms across the tri-county area.

Most couples need more than food. From our own inventory we supply chiavari and cross-back chairs, farm and banquet tables, rustic and white bars, lounge sets, a white dance floor and teepee tents — delivered, set up and removed with the catering so you are not juggling vendors.

Yes. We regularly cater beachfront, poolside and garden weddings and plan the menu, equipment and timing around the heat and the setting.
Do you provide wedding rentals?
Yes — chairs, tables, bars, lounge furniture, a white dance floor, tents, cabanas and umbrellas from our own catalog, delivered with the catering.
Do you deliver and set up in downtown Miami and Brickell high-rises?
Yes. We coordinate loading docks, elevators and building COIs with condo and office management so set-up in Brickell, Downtown and Edgewater towers goes smoothly.
How far in advance should I book?
Popular Saturdays, the holiday season and spring wedding dates book out weeks or months ahead in Miami. Reach out as soon as you have a date — that said, we have delivered full events on as little as five hours' notice when our calendar allowed.
Are deposits refundable?
No. All payments, including deposits, are non-refundable because they reserve our team and equipment exclusively for your date, time and location. The full policy is on our Terms page.
