How much does an event planner cost in Miami?
Planning fees depend on scope — full-service planning, partial planning or day-of coordination — and the size of the event. We quote a flat proposal after a free consultation.
Do you plan events you don't cater?
Yes, but most clients use both because it removes a vendor and a hand-off. Catering and rentals are optional line items in your proposal.
Do you handle décor and florals?
Yes — tablescapes, balloon installations, floral arrangements, lighting accents and custom signage are all coordinated by your event manager.
Will you be on site during the event?
Yes. Your event manager (usually Raj) is present for set-up, runs the timeline during the event and oversees break-down.
Do you deliver and set up in downtown Miami and Brickell high-rises?
Yes. We coordinate loading docks, elevators and building COIs with condo and office management so set-up in Brickell, Downtown and Edgewater towers goes smoothly.
How far in advance should I book?
Popular Saturdays, the holiday season and spring wedding dates book out weeks or months ahead in Miami. Reach out as soon as you have a date — that said, we have delivered full events on as little as five hours' notice when our calendar allowed.
Are deposits refundable?
No. All payments, including deposits, are non-refundable because they reserve our team and equipment exclusively for your date, time and location. The full policy is on our Terms page.
